Listing Preparation

We will assist in preparing an appealing and descriptive listing, ensuring your property is being promoted in the best possible way. In addition we will advise on rental rates to maximise bookings.

Photography

If you do not have quality photographs of your own, we’ll arrange a professional photographer to visit your property and capture it in it’s very best light.

Property Presentation

We will advise on everything from legalities around holiday letting through to key exchange. How your property should be best presented and what is necessary to acheive those all-important, positive reviews.

Guest Care

From first contact to guest departure, we will handle all initial enquiries, vet potential guests carefully, deal with any issues during the booking and follow up post departure as appropriate.

Housekeeping

We can source a designated caretaker who will clean your property, change all laundry and re-stock as necessary

Interior Styling

We can project manage your interior revamp to increase the rental value. From co-ordinating trades to purchasing those finishing touches on your behalf, we can handle every aspect of your refurbishment remotely and efficiently.
