The space
Well presented self-contained annexe to a large, period house situated in the centre of Stoke Fleming and 3 miles from the historic town of Dartmouth. On two floors, the property has been tastefully refurbished to a good standard and has a lovely decked balcony overlooking gardens.
From parking area, Front door to Kitchen: fully fitted with marble tiled floor and solid walnut worktops, halogen hob, microwave oven, (no full size cooker) dishwasher, washing machine.
Stairs to First floor to large open plan Sitting/Dining Room: 40 LCD TV, DVD, open to feature eaves. An inflatable bed is provided in the Sitting area which can accommodate 2 children by prior arrangement. Double doors to balcony. Bedroom: double bed (4’6″) with vaulted ceiling and views to front. Shower Room: fully tiled with Travertine, shower cubicle, basin, WC.
Please note that the staircase is open at the top and therefore the stairgate provided should always be fixed in place when there are children occupying the property for reasons of safety.
Outside: decked balcony off sitting area with outdoor furniture, Gas barbeque (there will be a supply of gas but please replace on departure).
Duvets, pillows and all bed linen and towels are provided
