The Chalet is set in the tranquil Inner Hope Cove square and is only a minutes’ walk from the two beautiful sandy beaches in Hope Cove and to the South West Coast Path making it an ideal place to visit all year round. The old parts of the village are centred around picturesque thatched fishermen’s cottages.

The space

The detached property comprises an open plan kitchen and sitting area, 1 bedroom and shower room.

Ground floor
Kitchen area is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dining table and chairs. Sitting area with sofa, night storage heater and wall mounted Smart TV, door to rear.
Bedroom: king size double bed (5’), night storage heater, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Shower room: with shower cubicle, basin, WC and electric towel rail.

Outside: Private terrace with outdoor furniture, BBQ and sloping lawn, perfect for eating breakfast or simply relaxing after an exciting day on the beach or perhaps exploring the South West Coast Path.
Linen: All bed linen, towels and tea towels are supplied.
Heating: Mains electricity and hot water.
Parking: Parking in the square or on nearby road.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.

Hope Cove has two sandy beaches , one dog friendly. There are 2 pubs and a village store.
Less than four miles away is Salcombe, famous for sailing with its beautiful harbour and estuary. Salcombe has a wide range of clothing stores, art galleries, independent boutique, restaurants and delicatessens.
South Milton Sands is a 10 minute drive and close by is the excellent Links golf course at Thurlestone overlooking the coastline.
The nearest supermarkets are in Kingsbridge, where you can find Tesco and Morrisons.
