A lovely holiday chalet located within the Norton Park chalet complex on the edge of Dartmouth town and a short drive to the town centre and shops and restaurants. This chalet has been recently refurbished, is very well equipped and includes an open plan living room, dining and kitchen areas, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

One of the most beautiful towns in South Devon, Dartmouth has something for everyone. Dartmouth’s marinas and deep-water port attracts vessels from cruise ships to luxury yachts.
The historic town is situated in the heart of the South Hams, which itself is a designated South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by rolling hills, a dramatic coastline and the South West Coastal Path. There are several beaches nearby including Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands which are very popular in high season. The chalet benefits from being very close to Woodlands Leisure Park and the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club where there are also leisure and pool facilities
