From the private parking area, steps (12) and sloped path meanders through terraced gardens and leads up to the Front door , accessing the house from the side.

Open plan Kitchen/Sitting/Dining Room: spacious room with woodburner, glazed roof, fitted kitchen area with oak wooden worktops, gas hob and electric double oven, microwave, Espresso machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining and sitting area, patio door to side.
Utility Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, sink.
Bedroom 4: two single beds(please note this room does not have an external window but has ample ventilation and borrowed light) ensuite Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC.
Sitting Room: lovely large bay window with window seat and views over town, TV, feature fireplace.
Snug: french doors out to deck with outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ, views over town
Stairs to First Floor.
Bedroom 1: kingsize bed, views over town, ensuite Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC.
Bedroom 2: super kingsize bed (6’), large bay window with views over town.
Family Bathroom: corner bath with shower over, basin, WC.
Stairs to Second Floor,
Spacious Loft room, Bedroom 3: kingsize bed (6’), dormer and velux windows with views over river and town.
Outside: decked terrace to front with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ, fabulous views over hillside and town
Parking: for 2 cars
Woodburner- wood only. Use firelighters and paper to start. The woodburner is small and will only take small logs. Please note we do not provide wood or charcoal.
Gas central heating and hot water
One well behaved dog welcome. Not permitted on furniture or upstairs.
Other things to note
Fernhill is accessed via an unlevel track and narrow road so do drive carefully.
Please be aware this property has steps from the parking area up to the property so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Please strip linen on departure and leave in bag by the front door.
Please put your rubbish out and take your bottles to the nearest bottle bank. Postcode for bottle bank is TQ6 9PX. Many thanks.
Please also ensure that children are supervised at all times especially around the balcony.

Location
Dartmouth is an exciting town just waiting to be explored. Why not take the little boat out to Dartmouth Castle, ride the steam railway or take a trip up the River Dart. There are an array of superb places to eat, including restaurants serving freshly caught seafood and locally sourced produce.
Further afield, Blackpool Sands, an award winning beach is 10 minutes away by car; pack a picnic and walk some of the stunning South West Coast Path or visit Agatha Christie’s home ‘Greenway’. Dartmoor is 45 minutes drive and has stunning walks and wild swimming .
