In an ideal location only minutes from the Embankment in the historic maritime town of Dartmouth with its shops, award-winning restaurants and art galleries.

Archway to Kitchen: Tiled flooring, fitted units, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, island seating. Shower Room: Shower cubicle, basin, WC, cupboard housing washer/dryer. Storage Room: Fridge/freezer.
Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1: King size bed (5′), views over the park to the river. Cloakroom: Basin, WC.
Typical of the age of the property a winding and narrow staircase to second floor: Bedroom 2: Double bed (4’6”) views over the park to the river, En-suite bathroom: Bath with hand held shower, basin. Cloakroom: WC
Outside: bistro table & chairs to front and planters.
Parking: there is no parking with the cottage although there is restricted street parking close by and Park & Ride operating during summer months at the top of the town.

Due to the proximity of the road and the winding staircase, although children will be accepted, guests should take care and children should be supervised at all times. This property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

One of the most beautiful towns in South Devon, Dartmouth has something for everyone. Home to the famous Britannia Royal Naval College, the town is a haven for marine lovers boasting excellent facilities for sailing and motor boating. Dartmouth’s marinas and deep-water port attracts vessels from cruise ships to luxury yachts.
The historic town is situated in the heart of the South Hams, which itself is a designated South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by rolling hills, a dramatic coastline and the South West Coastal Path. There are several beaches nearby including Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands which are very popular in high season.
