34 Lower Street – Classy Apartment, Dartmouth

34 Lower Street is a fantastic base for a self catering holiday in Dartmouth. This well-appointed terraced house is located in the centre of Dartmouth, a short stroll from the river and Dartmouth’s restaurants, shops and pubs. Located on Lower Street next to Cafe Alfresco; a fantastic spot for breakfast.

Accessed via a flight of internal stairs the bedroom is located on the first floor with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
Stairs lead to 2nd floor-a light and airy open plan kitchen, dining, living space with TV. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4. The kitchen is well equipped with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, Delonghi coffee machine.

Central heating throughout.

The Park and Ride service is managed by South Hams District Council, and runs between Easter and the end of October, every 10 minutes, or 20 minutes on a Sunday. The service runs from the car park just outside Dartmouth on the A3122, where it joins with the A379 by Lidls supermarket, to Dartmouth town centre. Postcode reference TQ6 9LW.
Tickets can be obtained from the pay and display machines in the car parks. The tickets are in two parts: one to show the bus driver; and one must be displayed on the car. The driver will issue a zero value return ticket to everyone that boards the bus, this must be shown to the driver for the return journey.

All day tickets cost £5.00 or £3.00 after 2pm
