The space
The property benefits from being quiet yet also extremely convenient for the bustling seaside centre and mooring pontoons at Whitestrand. The paved terrace enjoys exceptional views up South Pool Creek with Snapes Point on one side and the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth on the other.

Access from steps at the side of the property. Bi-fold patio doors lead into a light and airy open plan apartment with laminate flooring throughout. The lounge has two comfy sofas (one a sofa bed) with flatscreen TV, DVD, coffee table and views of the estuary. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso Citiz coffee machine, Dualit toaster and kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and a separate dining table and six chairs. The main bedroom looks onto the terrace with a king-size bed (5ft) with two single beds in the twin bedroom. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath and separate shower, basin, WC.

Outside: Large elevated terrace with table and chairs and far-reaching views, perfect for eating breakfast or simply relaxing after an exciting day on the beach or perhaps exploring the South West Coast Path. Below the terrace is a small sloping lawn garden.
